A bit of google research led me to the bind configuration option "validate-except". However, I have been advised elsewhere that globally disabling DNSSEC is a poor choice so I backed those changes out. DNS lookup problem for two websites only (, ).All other websites (and there are an awful lot of them I visit regularly) work fine. There is only one other website with which I see DNSSEC validation errors ( ). Your local files will be on the left side of the screen. There you can navigate to /printer_data/config from your root directory on your Pi. Enter the IP address of your PI followed by the username, password, and use port 22. Right-click the selected file(s) and select Download.There's a really easy way to copy everything over if you're running your Pi headless, which I'm assuming you are.Double-check that the top-left panel is the correct local directory you want to copy files to.On the bottom-right panel, select the remote file(s) you want to copy The bottom-right panel will show the contents of that directory. On the top-right panel, select the remote directory.After the transfer is complete, you should see the file on the bottom-right panel.You can see the process of the transfer at the bottom of the window.Alternatively, you can drag and drop files from the bottom-left panel to the bottom-right panel Right-click the selected file(s) and select Upload.The bottom-right panel will show the contents of that directory Double-check that the top-right panel is the correct remote directory you want to copy files to.On the bottom-left panel, select the local file(s) you want to copy The bottom-left panel will show the contents of that directory. On the top-left panel, select the local directory.You should now be able to copy files from your local directory (left panel) to your remote directory (right panel), and vice versa.You should be able to see the /compsci/webdocs/CCID directory.

Once setup and installation is complete, you can now run the WinSCP application by searching “WinSCP” on your computer or launch from your Start Menu.
